Daisy, we’ll start with you. Tell us about yourself and the book you star in. 
The book is titled, A Little Mysterious. It’s an erotic paranormal romance, it’s contemporary, and set in an English town. I get to have lots of yummy sex with someone who arrives where I work. Not straight away of course, but soon…he’s just so deliciously gorgeous and sexy. I want him the minute I set eyes on him. That could be destiny at work I guess. I’m in my early twenties. I work in a café at the time you meet me. I’m just an ordinary girl. As usual like lots of women, I don’t like my figure…especially my hips and thighs…
What? You’re lovely. Don’t you think? (He looks to Elodie for help. She nods as he's looking a bit dangerous at the moment and she doesn't want him to abruptly end the interview.) Readers, she’s pretty, intelligent, creative, sexy. You girls need to ease up on this figure stuff, men like to hold onto a curvy woman.

(Daisy leans over and kisses Dhruv) You love me so you’re biased.

Will we read anything else with you two starring in there?
No, I don’t think so, although I wouldn’t mind a follow up story about my life now. I can’t say why as that might be a spoiler. I know Dhruv said that too in an interview recently.

So why is that, can you say without it being a spoiler?
Things change dramatically. We move house. I find a couple of my friends…

Tell the readers, and we won’t say anything, to her, what do you think of the author? (Just so you all know, Daisy and Dhruv don't know the person interviewing them is actually Elodie! They've never met her in person. *snicker*)
She’s great. I guess she’ll be reading this interview, but I wouldn’t lie. She wrote our story the way we told her and it reflects the sheer sexual need I feel for Dhruv. I think she captured him exactly, alpha with a hidden soft spot.
Alpha? That’s just what I am coming out, and let’s not forget I’ve been around a long time too. 

If you get the chance to have the author change your names, what would they be?
I wouldn’t like that. My name’s Dhruv. Why would she change it? Daisy is a lovely name (He pulls Daisy into his lap. She cuddles up to him and makes Elodie a bit uncomfortable. She looks to Lia and Tony who lift their drinks to her in salute.)
I actually like my name. It’s unusual. I don’t think many girls are called Daisy now. It’s ‘Gatsbyish’.

Dhruv, give up three of your deepest, darkest secrets.
(He stops tracing up and down Daisy's arm and stares at Elodie with a mildly amused expression.) You’re kidding. Why would I do that? They’re secrets and anyway it could be dangerous to tell you much about me. You do know what I am?
(I’m nodding again. His ice-blue eyes are boring into me now. Are his nails lengthening? Yikes, I’ll ask Daisy.) Okay so Daisy, how about you? Any secrets you want to share?
Not likely. Oh, okay. I’ve recently found out how great skinny-dipping is. I still eat way too much chocolate. I’m a coffee addict…I still drink it almost nonstop, but then doesn’t everybody? All the authors I know do, well, except my author, she drinks tea, and Dhruv, he drinks…

(Dhruv puts his hand over her mouth, kisses her ear, and whispers something to her. There you go they do have secrets after all. On to the next question.) Daisy, what do you love best about yourself?
My hair if it’s a physical thing, and if not, then my compassionate nature. 

What do you like least? 
I’d rather not say. (She glances at Dhruv's face and points to her ass.)

What about you, Dhruv?
I’m happy enough as I am. I’ve had a long time to get used to it.

How do you feel about the book you’re in? 
It’s sexy. It’s a love story, our love story. There’s a twinge of sadness in there to begin with when you hear Dhruv’s back story, but he doesn’t dwell on it.

Can you share one of your favorite parts of the book without giving too much away and tell us why you chose it?
Okay, it has to be a love scene for me. What about you, Dhruv?
Definitely.

He traced his fingers down her cheek and over the love bite on her neck, and the sensation was electrifying. He devastated her with a kiss that was even better than the night before. This is one of my favorite topics and when they asked me to host them on a stop for their Paranormal Menage Romance Tour I couldn't say yes, Yes, YES fast enough. Before I have them come out to our Center Stage, the servers will be around with your pitchers of margaritas. Thank you for hosting us today on the House of Taboo.  Really, this is a perfect spot for Carolyn, Sascha and I to venture to.  Ménage is just one of those subjects.  It’s spoken of in whispers and laughed about and condemned.  Yet isn’t it every teenage boys fantasy?  How many women would love to have two (or more!) men at their beck and call?  You have to wonder how prevalent this fantasy is when the books are wildly popular.

And what about the authors that write them?  When I read them, I have to wonder, is it experience or imagination?  Yet we all know that if writers didn’t have good imaginations we wouldn’t have such a wealth of tales to tell.  No one has yet proved the paranormal world around us, yet it hasn’t been disproven either.  I think, where’s there’s smoke, there’s fire.  So I dream and I write and I wonder and Sascha Illyvich, Carolyn Wren, and I, Beverly Ovalle sometimes combine them.


So, we’ve decided to answer some of those questions we’ve all had and share a little bit about each of us.


Why do you write PNR ménage romance?

Carolyn: This is my first foray into ménage writing.  I’m a sucker for romance and enjoy writing about people falling in love.  I see this as one of the most romantic books I’ve ever written.  My philosophy is, if the love is genuine and true, the numbers don’t matter.  

Sascha: I love the depth of the genre and the multitude of love that can be expressed by more than one partner.  

Beverly: It is a genre I enjoy reading and writing.  No one man is perfect!  Two or more should cover what I need!  In fact, I’m sure the perfect man SHOULD be superhuman. 

Bestiality vs shifter? What is your take?

Carolyn: The inner beast emotions of a shifter in human form can make a love scene really steamy, but once the fur starts to sprout…nope, sorry, keep your distance.  I have just written a book about a human male with a tail, though!

Sascha: Look, I don't understand furries, so how you think I'll understand bestiality!  Though for some reason I find girls with tails hot…


Beverly: A shifter can change into the hottest man or woman of your dreams, strong and protective yet wild.  Bestiality can be titillating in an OMG kind of way did I really just read that?! 

Which character is your favorite and why?

Carolyn: I like Elly, my heroine.  She’s coming up to her first Christmas after the loss of her parents, and it’s making her sad.  Yet in the course of this book, she leaps into a relationship with two gorgeous ghosts, tries to discover a way to break a witches curse, and finds time to play matchmaker for her best friend at the same time.  I do love a woman who can multitask…

Sascha: See now this leads into triad territory. When I created Józsi I sort of based him off Joséf from Endangered (you see the resemblance?) and Vin Diesel.  But his two lovers differ tremendously from Joszí's in that Joséf's second (Isabella) is darker and probably more pragmatic than Lukina, but that may be the difference in age.  Oh and the fact that vampires Livía and Isabella are a few hundred years old, whereas Lukina and Ilona are werewolves and far less old.  I don't know.  This was supposed to be simple!  Who came up with these questions!


Beverly: I can’t choose!  Brand is affectionate and always ready to cuddle.  Tine is more the protector and aggressor.  Annie is lucky to have them both!

Tell us a deep dark secret we'd NEVER expect!

Carolyn: I’m currently writing a book that’s so hot, so boundary pushing, that I’ll have to find a new pseudonym to publish it under.

Sascha: I really don't have any secrets.  People have known for years I'm a little off the wall, I cross dress, have a lingerie fetish, um…yeah.  Pretty much nothing new here.


Beverly: One of the few sexcapades I’ve never done is a ménage! 

Do you listen to music as you write? If so, can you tell us a few of your must-haves?

Carolyn: I can’t listen to music while I write.  It’s too distracting as I tend to sing along or get up and dance.  My car is my music hub.  The stereo volume goes up, the top comes down – the cars top, not mine – and it can be anything from Metallica to 80s pop to Beethoven.  

Sascha: Yup.  Right now must haves include: Stealing Axion, The Apex Theory, TesseracT, Vildhjärta, Textures, sometimes Ease of Disgust and Cilice.  Oh and Elitist!


Beverly: Heavens no!  If music is playing I’m dancing.  I fell off a treadmill that way.

If you weren’t an author, what would you be?

Carolyn: I’ve only been writing for 4 years so I’m still getting used to being an author!  One of my other books features a sexy, kick ass, covert operative.  If we’re talking fantasy scenarios, I’d be her.  In reality my profession is a book keeper, which is much less exciting and offers limited opportunity for cool weapon usage.  

Sascha: I've been saying for years now officially I'd be a musician.  But in truth?  Probably I'd be in Tobacco or alcohol production.  I still may end up in those industries anyway, honestly.  At least as side projects.  


Beverly: What I have been.  I’m a Navy Veteran and the years I spent in were some of the best years of my life.  I gained tons of experience in many things!  Many times I wish I had stayed in and retired from the service.  However, I still work for the government and enjoy all the people I meet and work with.

About Tara

Hello, I’m Tara Cresent. I’ve always fantasized about being a mysterious spy, leading a secret double-life, and now, I find that that’s come true!

“Take off your clothes.”
“All of them?”
“Yes.” This was her first test. Would she obey me? Would she question my command?
“But…”
I raised an eyebrow. She was nervous. Her shaky fingers told me that without needing words to confirm it. I wanted to reassure her but that wasn’t what she needed. Aubrey needed my strength. She’d use it to build her own.

“Aubrey, I thought we established our rules earlier. Unless you wish to use your safe word, remove your clothes.”

She stood rigid, hesitating for just another moment but I saw her fingers twitch and move toward the button of her pants.

“What is your safe word?” I asked, reminding her subtly of her power.

“Caterpillar.”

“Right. Would you like to use your safe word and go home? Perhaps you aren’t as ready as we’d hoped?” I hadn’t finished my last question before she began unbuttoning her jeans. She was battling with herself but her desire for me–for this thing between us-was winning out. That’s my girl.

I couldn’t take my eyes off her as she unveiled her body. She went so very, very slowly and it was robbing me of my sanity. Each piece of revealed flesh was pristine, pure and absolutely perfect. I took a deep breath when she stood in only her bra and panties.


“You’re as beautiful as I imagined.” I spoke even as I pulled her to me. I had to touch her. First, her face, her collarbone, the curves along the outsides of her breasts, and down along her hips until I had the globes of her ass in my hands. I leaned my head against her stomach and pulled in her scent. Her essence surrounded me and it was both sweet and provocative.

#OhMy! Author Lia Michaels Shares a #CoverReveal and #Blurb for a new Christmas Anthology

Welcome to the Center Stage at House of Taboo. It's Oh My! Monday and I have a very special post for you today. It's COVER REVEAL day for the Four Seduced Muses/Sassy Vixen Publishing Christmas anthology. I'm one of five fabulous authors contributing to this one and thrilled to be included.

My novella in this one is called Have a Naughty, Naughty Christmas, and my first menage a quatre. That's right. In this one you'll have one babe and THREE hunky dudes having a hell of a lot of fun in HAWAII!  

At first I had thought of having the entire book set in Detroit Metro area, but ended up having the international playboy hero take everyone to his estate on Maui for business and pleasure.  This novella is just a piece of the full novel I have planned called Candy Kisses.

Much to my amazement, I received a lot of encouragement from readers to write more about this sexy man, his uptight girlfriend and the naughtiness that went on when they closed the doors.

In the Moment, was born. This short story chronicles how the sometimes pushy office manager managed to wrangle herself a cowboy. Amber is in full dictator gear in this one. And she should be because she’s the Project Manager and Kevin’s boss. Undaunted by the towering woman in her constricting black suit, Kevin has a lot of fun peeling her out of it.

I am pleased and little sad to let this couple go after our year together. It has been an awesome ride with them and one I hope you’ll take.

The Beginning of Forever by Vallory Vance

“Of course I love you.” She scooted forward and kissed him. 

He quickly caught her neck, held her so that he could feel the warm rush of her breath. Her kiss held no passion, and felt like one you’d bestow on a friend. He needed assurance that she was with him until the end, no matter what. 

“How about ‘I want you so bad’?” He moved his lips over her throat and felt a beat brush against his mouth. 

“Tell me.” He nipped at the delicate skin of her neck, tasting the spray of scented mist on his tongue. 

“I want you so bad.” 

The husky pant of her desire pounded in his head and stilled the quiver in his chest. She was his again. 

He yanked the rim of the T-shirt over her head, ripped the short shorts and panties down her legs. Reclining back on his haunches, he massaged between her legs, his fingers slickening with the motion. His. 

Her hands twisted into the pillows, flopped at her sides and her moans filled his ears. He slipped his fingers into her, watching her move, while his cock thumped unmercifully against his zipper. 

“Just let go, Amber.” He bent over, caught her mouth, and thrust his tongue inside. Her moaning deepened and her eyes squeezed shut. Bucking wildly beneath him, she tore her mouth from his and warmth rushed around his fingers. He kissed her gently and rose from the bed, removing his clothes slowly. 

Dark wisps of her hair fanned out of her braid onto the cream pillow bunched beneath her head, and her large wide-set eyes fluttered open to meet his in a soft gaze. Her lips parted to speak but only expelled a shallow breath. There was a part of him that wanted to watch the trailing of her hands from her neck on their languid journey down between her breasts. And there was a part of him, a stronger part, which draped her trembling thighs over his forearms and lunged into her.
